Ashley, clad in a Brian Lichtenberg Sleeveless One Shoulder dress, hit up last night (February 11th) the Playboy Mansion in Bel Air, CA for a Grammy pre-party night with pals including actor Phil Haus, older sister Jennifer Tisdale, Boys Like Girls members John Keefe and Paul DiGiovanni and socialite Paris Hilton.
